We acquired 4 adjacent parcels totaling 95 Acres between 2022 and 2023 near I-35 in Schertz, TX, just northeast of San Antonio.
Schertz is an attractive market to us due to the growth of the city, location along I-35 in between Austin and San Antonio, and the active investment and promotion of economic development by the city.
Schertz saw 8 major commercial and 124 residential projects develop across the city in 2023.

Fort Worth – Chisolm Trail Ranch

We acquired 2 adjacent tracts totaling over 10 Acres in 2020 near I-35 in Fort Worth, TX, in Chisolm Trail Ranch.
The land is in an attractive location with lots of neighboring residential neighborhoods.
We are actively partnering with TDI Construction to develop office condos on this land and expect the project to be completed in 2025.
