We are partnering with Weber & Company on a Lowe’s-Anchored shopping center development project located off U.S Hwy 287 and US HWY 67 in Midlothian, Texas.
Midlothian, known as the cement capital of Texas, continues to thrive with significant growth. The center will boast various restaurants and various lifestyle businesses and continue to support the fast-growing Midlothian community.

Bates Towne Crossing – Shopping Center - Little Elm, TX - 200,000+ SF

We are partnering with Weber and Company on a Target-Anchored shopping center development project located off U.S Hwy 380 and Ryan Spiritas.
The property is neighboring the Silverado community which is recognized as one of the fastest growing communities in Texas with over 3,000 lots and Spiritas Ranch with an additional 1,217 lots.

Summer Creek Crossing - Office Condominiums - 28,000+ SF

We are partnering with TDI Construction to develop six office condominiums in the Chisholm Trail Ranch community in Fort Worth, TX.
